Processing of drum dryer
Flue gas and materials go into drum together.
Materials are fed and discharged continuously with feeding conveyor and discharge screw.
Materials come to the feeding seal.
The drum is supported with frames, rotating rotors and bearing, and rotates continuously.
There are material guiding plates inside the drum, and in the middle of drum there is material distributing plate which turns the material over and changes the direction of flue gas.
Waste gas pass through the cyclone, I.D. fan and pipeline, and go into the flue gas system and dust removing system of boiler.
The dust collected by cyclone is discharged by screw conveyor.
