Working Principle
1.It consists of frame, cylinder, rotor, feeding device and screen.
2.Under the crashing of cylinder and rotor, corn pieces fall off and are discharged through the holes on screen. There is a back plate beneath the feeding hole to prevent corn piece from flying out from the cylinder.
3.Corn cobs are discharged from the back of machine, and corn silk discharged from air hole.
4.Steel teeth on the rotor are the most important wearing parts. When the teeth are worn out, they can be fixed by welding new teeth.
